Many of her YouTube videos have been demonetized due to inappropriate material. Paul Mongeau and his wedding ceremony took place on the outskirts of Las Vegas, Nevada on the 28th of July in that year. InTouch stated that prior to the wedding they did not get the Nevada marriage license. The celebrant was not formally certified by Nevada. This meant that the marriage was not legally binding. Paul and Mongeau were divorced five months following the wedding. The couple now have Julia Rose as a girlfriend. The couple briefly broke up before getting back together again in March. Tana stated that Jake has been working out for about at a distance of two hours from home for almost five months. "Jake's in a very different place of life from where he was before I fell for him and I'm feeling like he does not have the time any more," she said. Tana has revealed that she had a relationship between 2017 until 2019 between herself and Bella Thorne, Mod Sun and other celebrities.
